Trouble Shooting

1: If you don't see video feed and telemetry data:

Please make sure allowing the app to access DJI RC-N1 controller.

When using the RC-N1 controller, connect the USB-C cable included with the controller to your smartphone. If the connection is recognized correctly, the following prompt will appear; press OK.

2: Flight function doesn't work properly:

Please make sure the controller mode is always set to "Normal Mode".
