Organize Media

Drone Media Library includes several ways to keep media easy to review later.

Collections​

Use collections to group related videos and photos, such as a client project, inspection site, mission, or delivery set.

  1. Open Collections.
  2. Click New Collection.
  3. Enter a collection name.
  4. Open the collection and click Add Media.

You can also select media in the Library and add selected items to a collection.

Tags​

Use tags for reusable labels such as inspection, thermal, mapping, issue, or a location name. Tags can be added from the media detail page and used as Library filters.

Ratings​

Use star ratings to mark priority, quality, or review status. The Library can filter by rating.

Notes​

Use notes for review comments, inspection observations, or context that should stay with the media item.

Bulk actions​

Select multiple videos or photos in the Library to:

  • Add selected media to a collection.
  • Delete selected media from the library.
  • Clear the current selection.

Deleting from the library removes the item from Drone Media Library. It does not describe a file-destruction workflow in the manual; confirm the app prompt before deleting.
