Remote Control Request

This is the page to request the remote pilot to take over the control of the drone. The onsite and offsite operator will be able to send the request and accept it. The remote pilot will be able to control the drone using the joystick once permission is granted.

Request Button​

Both onsite and offsite operator will be able to send the request to the other operator to grant the control of the drone on the pages.

Please click the "Request" button to request the remote control access to take over the control of the drone.

Accept Request​

Request page 1 Once the request is sent, the other operator will see the following screen. The operator will be able to accept or reject the request.

Remote Control Mode​

Once the request is accepted, Remote Control mode in the session status view will be changed to "RC Mode" with blue color. The remote pilot will be able to control the drone using the joystick.

Stop Remote Control​

Please click the "Stop" button to stop the remote control. The remote pilot will not be able to control the drone using the joystick once the remote control is stopped. The remote pilot will be able to request the remote control again.

Emergency Takeover​

Emergency Takeover

Onsite operator will be able to take over the control of the drone immediately by moving joystick for emergency purpose. The remote pilot will not be able to control the drone using the joystick once the emergency takeover is done. The remote pilot will be able to request the remote control again.
